Privacy
This site is run by Happy Tragic, producer of Destemido. This page explains what we collect when you join the mailing list and what we do with it.
What we collect
Your email address, and anything else you choose to give us: your name, who you are (for example press or sponsor) and any note you leave. We also record the date, the form you used, the page that referred you and your approximate country, taken from your connection.
Why
To send you news about Destemido and related projects (the premiere, screenings, the feature and the book) and, if you tell us you are an investor, partner, brand, festival or member of the press, to contact you directly. We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting the form.
Who sees it
Only the film team. Data is stored with our hosting provider (Vercel) and, if we email you, with our email provider. We never sell or rent your details.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your rights
Wherever you live, including under the GDPR (EU/UK) and the LGPD (Brazil), you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent at any time. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or write to navpage@gmail.com.
Embedded video
Videos are played through Vimeo with its “do not track” setting turned on. Vimeo’s own privacy policy applies to the player.
